This project involves the construction of the Applicon Tours website (www.applicon-tours.com), which will include, in addition to modern presentation solutions, a special new web site system to support the sale of trips.
Such a web site will enhance the quality of interaction with the B2B and B2C market through improved search engine positioning (SEO) and adaptation to mobile users. Web site design includes full production of wireframes, concepts, customization of Applicon Tours design, web layout development, user interface creation, all scripts, database connectivity, programming and background systems.
Objective and expected result of the project
The goals of the new web site are achieved through: the process of organization of work and management, meeting customer expectations, defining quality policy, quality planning, strictly defined authorizations and responsibilities for certain phases of work, more efficient management of business processes, but also through significantly more efficient monitoring of work and measurements its performance, data analysis that leads to continuous improvement, corrective and preventative action, active progress measurements and statistics, and effective cost monitoring, etc. Increasing productivity will be realized in a way that multiple business processes will be performed at the same time, and responsibilities will be shared so that each employee will know his or her tasks. The prerequisites for entering new foreign and domestic markets will be acquired.
